- Creative Team Members 8ppl (2 senior designers, 4 designers, 2 character artists)
- In charge of the Creative direction of 2 main events of Shanghai Disney Resort: Run Disney and Pin Trading. Provide creative direction to graphic designers, and work closely with different departments (Marketing, PD, Special Event, Cooperate Alliance)
- Also, handle product design of Park merchandise, including Softline & Hardline products
- From concept building to design, to product presentation, schematics, and Sample reviews. Handling full package of graphic design for different requests
- From concept to creating style guides
- Participate in and assist all store visual merchandising. From creative direction to final store
- Organize and manage the workload distribution of all designers, and conduct annual KPI assessments for designers

- Responsible for leading the 8 commodities theme park design team. Now includes Xishuangbanna, Nanchang, Hefei, Qingdao, Harbin, Wuxi, Guangzhou, and Kunming
- Working closely with HQ and Site Parks Product Development and Operation Teams
- Provide creative guidance to develop a style guide, including theme park images, graphics, patterns, and product concepts
- Develop Packaging / Identification codes and guidelines
- Responsible for approval of all designs and schematics from Vendors

- Participate in and assist all park retail and restaurant interior design, visual merchandising, signage, and park environment
